Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Boots
Place the unworn boots back into their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
